Becoming an Equity Partner & How it works:

1.) Coda sources self-storage development projects and creates opportunities for passive investment.

2.) In exchange for the investment, equity partners receive an ownership percentage in the projects LLC. Coda carries the debt and liability of commercial financing.

3.) Development is facilitated, the asset is repositioned through the lease-up period, in order to refinance the equity out of the project.

4.) Upon refinance, equity partners still hold their ownership benefits with the future cash flows and disposition of the asset.
